Refund and return policy

At Lumē Cosmetics, our goal is the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt, subject to the following terms:

Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: An order may be cancelled exclusively by written notice via email to lume-cosmetics.gr, up until the point at which the order has been prepared for shipping.

  • After dispatch: Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the standard returns procedure must be followed upon receipt of the parcel.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns Conditions

  • You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with its packaging completely sealed. Opened or used products will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

    • Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

    • Care of Product: The customer is responsible for maintaining the product in perfect condition from the moment of receipt until it is delivered back to us.

  • After dispatch: Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the standard returns procedure must be followed upon receipt of the parcel.

Defective Products

If you receive a product you believe to be defective:

Contact us immediately by email, attaching photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once the defect has been confirmed, the replacement or refund will be processed at no cost to you return shipping is covered entirely by us

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@…. Returns are accepted exclusively via the following methods:

A. Via our partner courier service: Send the item to:

Lumē Cosmetics , 8 Vitsi St., Ag. I. Rentis, Postal Code 18233

B. Via Box Now:

  1. Attach the original voucher to the parcel.

  2. Go to your nearest Box Now locker.

  3. Enter the 10-digit voucher number.

  4. Place the product in the locker and make sure the door is securely closed.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has been confirmed as defective.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all of the above conditions:

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

  • The process will be completed within 14 business days of the date our warehouse receives the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Returns made after 14 calendar days or that do not meet the product condition requirements will not be accepted.

  • Lumē Cosmetics reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy.

  • Consumer rights arising from applicable consumer protection legislation remain valid in all cases.
